It is definitely necessary to go to work, but because of the different scales of companies and different business logics, some companies have very busy talent reserve posts, while others are very idle. Extreme leisure, coupled with the company's lack of attention to the attendance system, may indeed lead to the phenomenon of "not going to work in name only".
There is a problem involved here. An important purpose for enterprises to recruit talent reserve positions is to minimize losses when core employees are lost. Because talent reserve posts are generally the work of benchmarking core employees, such as sales elites, technical elites and department managers. The company will also require core employees to systematize their work content as much as possible, forming a replicable model, which is convenient for reserve personnel to learn and operate.
