Job description:

Carry out special research on major issues of state-owned assets reform and development, economic operation analysis of state-owned assets, party building and corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises, and implement the establishment, organization, management, coordination and service of research topics of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

Qualifications:

(1) Master degree or above in theoretical economics, applied economics, business administration, law, political science, Marxist theory and other related majors;

(2)40 years old and below;

(3) Have strong research ability, communication and coordination ability and written expression ability, and have published academic papers in relevant academic journals. Have intermediate or above titles in related majors. Chinese Communist Party party member is preferred;

(4) Social workers from other provinces and cities (not fresh graduates) must hold Shanghai residence permit (excluding Shanghai temporary residence permit) within the validity period of 1 year, and the calculation deadline is 202 1 year 65438+February 3 1 day.

03 qualification examination

Shanghai State-owned State-owned Enterprise Reform and Development Research Center conducts screening and qualification examination according to the registration email received, determines the list of interviewers with the ratio of 1:3, and informs relevant personnel to participate in the interview. 04 interview

The interview is organized by the unit and structured, and questions are given according to the job requirements, which mainly tests the professional values, professional knowledge, work ability, interpersonal skills and comprehensive quality of the candidates.

05 physical examination

According to the ratio of written test and interview score of 4:6, according to the total score from high to low, according to the ratio of job recruitment 1: 1, the list of medical examiners is determined. Physical examination refers to the "National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (Trial)" and is organized in a unified way to conduct physical examination in secondary medical institutions in this city. 06 tissue examination

After passing the physical examination, it is determined to be the object of investigation, which is organized by the Shanghai State-owned State-owned Enterprise Reform and Development Research Center. It mainly examines the ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality and integrity record of the employed personnel.

07 Determination and Publicity of Hired Personnel

According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, it will be publicized on the website of "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" for 7 days. If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the competent department at a higher level, and then to the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing. If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.

Related treatment and other matters
