Examination time for Chinese food chefs in Beijing

September 24th-25th, 2022. Inquired by Beijing Cuisine Association, on September 24 -25, 2022, applicants from two occupations (jobs), namely, China Pastry Chef (Grade 4, Grade 3, Grade 2, Grade 1) and China Chef (Grade 2, Grade 1), took a vocational skill test. Founded in 1984, Beijing Cuisine Association is an inter-departmental and cross-ownership trade organization voluntarily attended by Beijing enterprises, institutions, experts, scholars and managers engaged in catering business and cooking management, chefs, catering service and cooking skills, cooking management, teaching theory and food nutrition research. It is a non-profit social organization legal person approved and registered by Beijing social organization management authority.
