The construction method of floor heating installation is as follows

First, install the main pipe and distribution manifold. If it is a central heating system, our users only need to determine the specific location of the distribution main pipe at home, and then introduce the water supply pipe and return pipe into the home according to this location and connect them to the water supply and backwater interfaces in the distribution main pipe.

If it is a self-heating system, we will fix the position of the wall-hung boiler first, and then plan the direction of the pipeline according to the position of the wall-hung boiler and the distribution main pipe. It is suggested that the whole pipe should be slotted and buried, and it is best to buckle the iron and groove. The distribution manifold can also be installed externally or embedded. Of course, if you want to be beautiful, embedded is the most beautiful.

Second, check and deal with the flatness of the ground. It is hoped that there will be no obvious potholes or uneven places on the original floor of floor heating, so we need to measure the whole floor heating pavement area with horizontal infrared rays and level the floor with mortar with a drop of more than 2 cm. In addition, for areas with obvious height difference, backfilling and leveling should be carried out in the early stage. The purpose of this is to prevent subsequent paving from cracking due to rolling or unevenness.

Third, the floor heating foundation paving process

1. Lay a moisture-proof film on the original ground, and pay attention to the overlapping of boundaries and joints.

2. Laying insulation board. Generally, we will use a 2 cm thick white crystal plate with a load of at least 35 kg. If the space is high enough, you can choose 3 cm thick insulation board and set shrinkage joints as required. In addition, it is necessary to complete all the insulation belts along the wall in each floor heating area, which cannot be omitted or set at will.

3. Brush the diluted white latex paint on the insulation board, and then stick a reflective film on the insulation board.

4. According to the heating design drawings, fix the floor heating pipe on the insulation board, and then connect it with the distribution main in return pipe.
