(1) The slider cannot rise or rises slowly. Reasons: ① The clearance between flywheel and friction plate is too large or the friction plate is loose and displaced; ② Insufficient oil pressure of hydraulic control mechanism; (3) Bearing wear at two points of the transmission shaft increases friction; (4) Upsetting occurred at the lower part of the nut, resulting in too small screw clearance. (2) The slider cannot stop at the upper end. (4) The main motor is burnt out. Reason: Starting from the load. Troubleshooting: Before starting, the flywheel must be in the middle of two friction plates.

(5) The friction belt is broken or damaged. The reason is that the friction belt keeps rubbing and heating. To prolong the service life of the friction belt as much as possible: ① Check the tightness of the tension bolt of the friction belt regularly; (2) The braking device shall be used normally, and the braking band shall not be stained with oil; ③ Protect the smoothness of the contact surface between friction wheel and flywheel; ④ When operating the handle, the lateral pressure of the friction wheel on the flywheel should be appropriate.

(6) Other faults, such as damage of buffer pad, strain of guide rail, fracture of tie rod of balance cylinder, etc. Pay attention to the operation method, regularly check and adjust the gap between guide rails, strengthen the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, and do not carry out eccentric forging.
