What does the Printer do?

(1) Check the weft inclination, width and wool effect of fabric, identify the quality of flower tube, flower net and flower board, determine the arrangement of flower tube or flower net, and select and polish scraper;

(2) operate the printing machine or use hand tools, adjust the pattern position, adjust the pressure of the cylinder or screen, the position and pressure of the scraper, control the amount of color paste, and print the fabric;

(3) operate the proofing equipment, carry out proofing, check the color light and check the printing effect;

(4) Operate the steaming machine and baking machine, adjust the temperature, temperature and vehicle speed, and carry out color fixing treatment;

(5) find and deal with abnormal phenomena in the printing process;

(6) Clean and maintain the equipment, and handle the operation failure;

(7) fill in the production record card.
