Songxia Town is located in the north of Shangyu District, with a total area of 84.8 square kilometers and a population of 1 1 10,000. Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway passes through the town and is the central town and top 100 township in Zhejiang Province. There are more than 2,000 industrial enterprises in the town, including umbrella-making enterprises 165 and 438+034, with an annual output of 400 million umbrellas and a market share of 25%. In 2002, it was named "China Umbrella City" by China National Light Industry Federation.
