What are the differences between the first, second and third students in the process of finding jobs after graduation?
Usually, when recruiting employees, the human resources department attaches great importance to the personal ability of the candidates. For the performance of personal ability, apart from the interview and passing the comprehensive assessment, academic qualifications are usually beyond doubt as hardware (fake academic qualifications can now be identified through the network, so you can't get away with it), so under the same conditions, candidates with high academic qualifications are definitely more popular with employers.
First of all, let's understand the definitions of one book, two books and three books:
College enrollment is subject to the national unified examination, and the enrollment batches are divided into "undergraduate advance batch", "undergraduate first batch", "undergraduate second batch", "undergraduate third batch", "junior college first batch" and "junior college second batch".
There are two main forms of undergraduate education in China: 985, 2 1 1 key undergraduate universities and 123 ordinary universities. Among them, the first, second and third universities are all undergraduate universities with the same academic qualifications and diplomas, and there is no essential difference between key undergraduate universities and ordinary first, second and third universities. The former focuses on research while the latter focuses on application.
Even three books, one book and two books are essentially "ordinary colleges and universities" education series, and the educational system is four years. Graduation certificate and degree certificate are the same, only that they are undergraduates, and graduates will get academic certificates recognized by the country, the world and society.
As for the nature of running a school, one is public, the other two are mostly public, and a few are private; Three books mainly refer to "independent colleges and universities" and so on, which are public and private aid categories.
There are one, two and three universities, which emerged with the rise of private colleges and universities at the beginning of this century. Undergraduate colleges and universities are divided into the first batch, the second batch and the third batch when they are admitted to the college entrance examination. Because the college entrance examination is accepted in batches, and the society generally pays attention to a batch of colleges and universities, relatively speaking, excellent students are concentrated in one college, especially 985, 2 1 1 key undergraduate colleges.
The reality of the differences between the above-mentioned first, second and third books has caused two most important differences:
First, the students are inclined.
Due to the long-term knowledge of * * *, the better students choose first-class universities, which virtually provides high-quality students for the school and its graduates are relatively better.
Second, the inclination of school resources.
Due to different categories, the first, second and third universities, especially institutions of higher learning, receive different levels of teachers, funds, scientific research projects and financial allocations, which also provides different conditions for students to receive education and further differentiates the ability and level of graduates.
Based on the above unfairness, in September 20 14, the State Council issued "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination Enrollment System", proposing to create conditions to gradually cancel the enrollment batches of ordinary colleges and universities. Therefore, as of 20 16, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hebei, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Sichuan, Guangxi, Hubei, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Chongqing, Guizhou and other provinces 15 canceled the three batches of undergraduate courses, and Shanghai took the lead in merging the first batch of undergraduate courses and the second batch of undergraduate courses into one batch. Beijing, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu and other provinces canceled three books on 20 17, Zhejiang, Hainan and Shandong provinces no longer divided undergraduate courses into one batch and two batches on 20 17, and Jiangxi and Hunan canceled all batches on 20 18, and undergraduate enrollment was no longer divided into batches.
However, all employers still attach great importance to academic qualifications for the time being before the reform completely ignores academic qualifications. Many employers regard one or two books as an important index to evaluate college graduates when recruiting.
Looking at the current recruitment reality, the most important condition for recruitment is academic qualifications. Although the academic qualifications of one, two or three universities are not clear, the human resources department of the unit usually presupposes academic qualifications or compares them when recruiting, and the predetermined treatment is different. Therefore, for the same job, there is a certain gap in the salary of graduates from one, two and three universities, and employees with high academic qualifications will be given priority in promotion.
Of course, this is only the first recruitment. A person's ability is not only determined by academic qualifications. Sometimes employers pay more attention to qualifications and professional counterparts. For example, a skilled technician cannot replace the demand of the unit for grass-roots work.
In addition, a high degree does not mean an iron rice bowl. Even if you gain an advantage in recruitment, you may be demoted or even dismissed after a period of internship or training if you are incompetent or have defects in personal moral quality. On the other hand, an ordinary three-year graduate will be promoted and promoted through hard work if he has strong personal ability and good quality.
In short, it is absolutely impossible to have no ability. Education only represents part of a person's ability, not all, but what employers need is lasting comprehensive ability.
