Graduated from junior high school, not admitted to high school. I intend to repeat it. Insulted by the dean, I resolutely chose to run away from home and go to the society. After leaving the society, because of low education, it is not easy to find a job, so I can only work on the construction site, go down to the coal mine, build roads, and walk on the street with my backpack. In this way, at the age of 24, I was cheated to Shenzhen by an intermediary company, paid them seven or eight hundred dollars, and finally arranged a very hard hardware factory. I start work at eight in the morning and get off work around eleven in the evening. Later, he was tricked into pyramid schemes and went to a black factory, which was almost radiant in Shenzhen.

After this disaster, I learned from a bitter experience and decided to make my own plan. I must learn something to change my destiny. I wanted to learn mold at first, but the tuition was not enough and my education was low, so it was very difficult to learn. Later, I decided to learn office software first, and then learn drawing. Total * * * almost spent 1200 registration fee, in 2005 1200 yuan, but my salary was saved only a few months ago.

In this way, I go to work during the day, go to training classes at night, and study until the early morning of 12 every night before returning to my dormitory. It was difficult to learn at first, because I couldn't even recite 26 English letters. But what can we do? I have to buy another repeater to teach myself basic English. Hard work pays off. After more than half a year, I learned all the office software, and drawing software also learned some basics. Just at this time, the company recruits librarians, who need to know computers. And have a certain writing skills. I have published some articles in the company's internal magazines and won awards, which is known to the whole company. So, in the end, seven or eight of us competed for a position, and I won.

After coming to work in the library, I felt like a duck to water. Just like entering school, it is not only easy to work but also easy to study every day. You can also ask your colleagues if you don't understand. In this way, after more than half a year, I was responsible for the recruitment of ordinary employees in the company, and since then I have formed an indissoluble bond with human resources. At the same time, during this period, I signed up for the self-taught adult junior college. Although time is tight, I feel very happy.

Since then, I have been recruiting recruiters, and then I changed companies to be administrative volunteers, training specialists, canteen managers and other positions. Later, I changed the training manager, personnel supervisor and administrative manager. 20 12 I switched to labor service again. I started as a salesman in a small labor service company. In more than three months, I changed from a salesman to a business manager.
