Yinchuan College of Beijing Normal University is an institutional innovation school built by Yinchuan Municipal Government and run by Beijing Normal University.

In June, 2022, Yinchuan Education Bureau announced the self-enrollment work plan for ordinary high schools in Yinchuan in 2022. Yinchuan School of Beijing Normal University has been independently enrolled in two types of schools (including special students) and three types of schools, and transferred from private ordinary high schools to public ordinary high schools.

On September 201August 17, the foundation stone was officially laid for Yinchuan School of Beijing Normal University, which marked that Yinchuan School of Beijing Normal University officially entered the preparatory stage. Yinchuan College of Beijing Normal University is an institutional innovation school built by Yinchuan Municipal Government and run by Beijing Normal University.

The project is located in jinfeng district, south to Dalian Road, north to Shenyang Road, west to the east of Planning Road on the east side of Jacky Street, and east to the extension line of Fenghuang Street. The planned total land area is 500 mu, and the total construction area is about 654.38+10,000 square meters. The designed school scale is 126 classes, including 24 classes in kindergarten, 48 classes in primary school, 30 classes in junior high school and 24 classes in senior high school.

Kindergartens and primary schools are scheduled to be put into use in September 20 19. After the school is completed, it is a comprehensive and innovative private school integrating kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and senior high school in Yinchuan and even Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. On June 7, 2020, KLOC won the title of "National Youth Artificial Intelligence Activity Characteristic Unit" in 2020.
