Third, the recruitment conditions

Four. Registration and employment

Applicants should bring the printed registration form, ID card, teacher qualification certificate or primary and secondary school teacher qualification certificate within the validity period, the original graduation certificate, the Electronic Registration and Filing Form of the Academic Certificate of the Ministry of Education, the graduation registration certificate and the admission triplicate (the triplicate copy needs to be stamped by the school, and if the triplicate cannot be confirmed as a normal major, the school will issue a certificate that the major is a normal major). After passing the qualification examination, the qualified personnel shall be assessed. The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview.

1, written test. The full score of the test paper is 100, and those whose written test score is lower than 60 are not allowed to enter the interview. The contents of the written test include education policies and regulations, teachers' professional ethics, pedagogy, educational psychology, teachers' professional ability and other related theories and knowledge.

2. Interview. According to the order of the total written test scores from high to low, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of people to be hired to the number of people entering the interview 1:3. If the proportion is not reached, those who pass the written test will directly enter the interview, and the number of candidates who enter the interview will increase accordingly. The interview score is 100%, which is conducted by means of simulation and trial lecture, mainly to examine the basic quality of teachers and the educational and teaching ability of candidates.

Interview scores account for 70% of the total test scores, and those with interview scores below 60 will not be admitted.

3. Summary of results. Total test score = total written test score ×30%+ interview score ×70%.

According to the total score of the examination, the candidates for the examination and physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan from high score to low score. If the total test scores are tied, the one with the highest interview score will be taken.

The person to be hired signed an employment agreement with the school on the spot. After graduation, the human resources and social departments, establishment, finance, education and other departments will go through the formal employment procedures for graduates who have signed the agreement according to relevant procedures, with a probation period of one year.
