What do you value most when looking for a job?

Hello, everyone. I am a senior three graduate. I have just experienced autumn and spring strokes, and I have some experience in finding a job. Next, I want to talk to you about several aspects that I value more when I am looking for a job.

First, I value salary more. The main purpose of work is to provide support for survival, so salary is definitely the most important. Salary mainly includes: basic salary+performance bonus+welfare subsidy+year-end bonus+five insurances and one gold. Everyone will have a psychological expectation of salary before looking for a job, and the general salary can be used as a candidate if it meets the psychological expectation. Five insurances and one gold are mainly provident fund, including the payment base and proportion of provident fund, which I value more, mainly considering that provident fund is very important for mortgage purchase in the future.

Second, I pay more attention to the cost performance of my works. Cost performance mainly refers to salary/working hours and immediate salary. Generally speaking, wages are basically proportional to working hours, and the higher the wages, the longer the corresponding working hours. Therefore, when we calculate the cost performance, we should use the hourly wage to calculate, which is also a point that I value more.

Third, I value the stability of my work. Stability refers to the company's layoffs and personnel transfer. This is mainly due to gender issues, because I am a girl, and having children in the future may delay my work. Stable companies tend to be more friendly to women, and there is no risk of unemployment due to pregnancy and childbirth.

Fourth, I'm more concerned about whether this job can basically be a double break. Work is a part of life, but it should not be the whole of life. If a job is "996" or "big week", then it will bring people a completely different feeling from a weekend. Personally, I attach great importance to whether my work is on weekends.

These are all aspects that I value more in the process of looking for a job. Some people may question me: "Does it matter whether you like a region or not?" .

Geography and development prospects are of course important. I didn't say it, because it is very important to everyone. But before work, few people can fully understand the specific work content of a job, let alone like it or not. So I think the above points are more important to me besides excluding cities and development prospects.
