In order to thoroughly implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents in the new era, further strengthen the construction of talent team, optimize the structure of talent team, and strive to provide strong talent support for building provincial sub-centers and building western star cities. According to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Gansu Province, the Administrative Measures for the Introduction of High-level Talents in Need of Shortage in Jiayuguan City (Trial) and other relevant regulations, after research, we decided to openly introduce a number of high-level talents in need of shortage to the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Introduction Plan
Our city plans to introduce 13 high-level and urgently needed talents. For details of positions, please refer to "Brief List of Positions for Open Introduction of High-level and Urgent Shortage Talents in Jiayuguan City in 2022" (attachment 1).
Second, introduce the object.
The full-time undergraduate degree of "double-first-class" construction universities should be previous graduates, full-time master students of ordinary universities, and returned overseas students who have obtained academic degrees outside the country.
Three. qualifications
(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality; Support China's leadership,

(1) Online Registration

Registration time: April 26th to May 7th, 2022.

Each person is limited to one post, and the introduction plan will be cancelled if no one signs up for the post. There is no charge for this talent introduction.
2. Application materials
(1) Electronic version and scanned copy of the registration form (Annex 2).
(2) In 2022, the fresh graduates shall provide the transcripts of academic courses, employment recommendation letters or scanned employment recommendation forms confirmed by the university seal; Previous graduates provide scanned copies of graduation certificates, degree certificates and employment registration certificates; On-the-job personnel shall provide scanned copies of graduation certificates, degree certificates and certification materials that the unit agrees to register (if it is an organ or institution, it must be approved by the organization department or human society department at the same level and stamped with the official seal).
(3) Returned overseas students who have obtained academic degrees outside the country (territory) shall provide academic certificates outside the country (territory), degree certification letter from China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and other relevant supporting materials.
(4) A scanned copy of the front and back of the ID card, and an electronic version of the recent 2-inch bareheaded photo (JPG format).
(5) Scanned copies of other relevant certificates or certification materials.
(2) Prequalification
The preliminary qualification examination and online registration start simultaneously, and the organization department of the municipal party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau are responsible for it.
(3) Interview evaluation
The interview assessment work is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, and is conducted by means of structured interviews. Those with an interview assessment score of less than 80 points (excluding 80 points) are not allowed to enter the next link.
For positions where the ratio of the number of candidates to applicants exceeds 1:5, the written test or professional ability test shall be added as appropriate. According to the order of written test or professional ability test scores from high to low, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3. The written test or professional ability test scores and interview assessment scores of the personnel entering the interview assessment link each account for 50% of the total scores.
(4) Qualification examination
After the interview, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will review the candidates' relevant documents and materials. If the qualification review is unqualified, the proposed employment qualification will be cancelled. Graduates in 2022 are required to provide their diplomas, degree certificates, employment registration certificates and other relevant documents and materials before July 3 1 for qualification review. If it cannot be provided due to force majeure, the qualification to be introduced shall be cancelled.
(5) Physical examination
According to the number of people to be introduced in each position, the physical examination objects are determined in the order of interview assessment results (total scores) from high to low. The physical examination is conducted in a general hospital above Grade II A, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the latest civil service physical examination standards. If the medical examination is unqualified, the qualification to be introduced will be cancelled.
(6) Investigation
The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, together with the employing units and their competent departments, formed an inspection team to inspect qualified medical personnel with reference to the Measures for the Assessment of Civil Servants (Trial). If the inspection fails, the qualification to be introduced will be cancelled.
(7) Publicity and employment
Those who pass the inspection will be publicized for 5 working days on the official WeChat account of "Xiongguan Party Building" in the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the portal website of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the introduction procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Six, epidemic prevention and control requirements

(4) The probation period of the imported personnel is 1 year, and the service period in Jiayuguan City is not less than 5 years (including 1 year).
