Position distribution of male nurses

They are mainly distributed in special positions. Currently, the five male nurses in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital are distributed in special positions, two of them are in the emergency ICU, two are in the operating room, and one is in the comprehensive ICU. So they are distributed in these departments, mainly because "there is more need for male nurses here."

Compared with female nurses, these male nurses have both disadvantages and advantages. The advantages are that they have good physical strength, high energy, and quick thinking; the disadvantage is that they are not as careful and considerate of patients' emotions as female nurses. It is reported that most of the male nurses currently recruited by various hospitals have a college degree or above.
