What is the job content of "Natural Rubber Production Worker"?

The work mainly includes:

(1) Selecting seeds, packaging, storage and transportation, germination, transplanting, tending and management, cultivating rootstocks, preparing planting materials, and propagating Bud strips, identification of budding strains, etc.;

(2) Soil cultivation and soil improvement of the rubber garden;

(3) Planting and replacement;

(4) Carry out field management such as fertilization, irrigation, pest control, budding and pruning;

(5) Use latex;

(6) Collect, solidify and tablet natural fresh latex and gel;

(7) Dehydrate, granulate and dry the fresh latex;

(8) Preserve the fresh latex , collection, clarification, centrifugation, concentration, and accumulation;

(9) Packaging and storage of natural rubber products such as standard rubber, tobacco rubber sheets, concentrated latex, etc.;

(10) Maintenance Maintain farm implements and primary processing equipment.
