The results showed that 425 batches were qualified and unqualified 16 batches.

Sampling inspection found that 10 batches of unqualified liquor came from 9 production enterprises, and the products involved were: carved wine and yellow wine produced by Zhengjiafang Distillery in Shenyang; Powdered liquor produced by Xingshun Distillery in Liaozhong County; Powdered liquor produced by Shenyang Beiquan Liquor Co., Ltd.; Introduction wine produced by Changquan Liquor Industry in Jidong, Liaoyang County; Longquanshan jujube wine produced by Dalian Changxing Island Wine Co., Ltd.; Hump spring liquor produced by Christina Brewing Co., Ltd. in Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County; Millennium Fengniang Laojiao (white wine) produced by Yingshanhong Laojiao Winery in Fengcheng, Liaoning Province; Donggang city Majiadian Wanquan Winery produces Sanjiu; Donggang ancient wine (wine) produced by Liaoning Huangjinkou Liquor Co., Ltd. has been aged for ten years.

The unqualified items of alcoholic products involve illegal addition of benzoic acid, its sodium salt and sodium cyclamate; Alcohol is too high or too low; Heavy metal lead was found to exceed the standard. Among them, there are 4 batches of alcohol that is too high or too low; Sodium cyclamate was illegally added to 3 batches of products, benzoic acid and its sodium salt were illegally added to 2 batches of products, and lead was found to exceed the standard in 1 batch.

In addition, six batches of cakes were found to be unqualified, and the problems mainly focused on microbial indicators such as the total number of colonies, coliforms and improper use of food additives. The products involved are: time-honored cake produced by lingyuan city Yuhua Food Co., Ltd.; Drawn cheese bread produced by Jinhong Food Factory in Sujiatun District, Shenyang; Steamed mung bean fruit (mung bean cake) and Fengmai mung bean cake produced by Chaoyang Fengmai Food Co., Ltd.; Old-fashioned bread produced by Guo Fu Food Processing Factory in Lianshan District, Huludao City; Iced bean cake (cake) produced by Tianfu Food Factory in Dongling District, Shenyang.

The US Food and Drug Administration in Liaoning has organized the food and drug supervision departments of various cities to investigate and deal with the unqualified samples released this time.
