Recruit 50 high-level talents this time. For the specific requirements of positions, numbers and majors, please refer to the attachment "Demand Plan for Recruiting High-level Talents in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou in 2020" (attachment 1).
Recruitment target must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Some full-time master's and doctoral students graduated from "double-class" universities.
2. Graduated from a well-known international university QS 100.
3. Full-time undergraduates who graduated from some universities (formerly C9 Alliance University).
Some "double-first-class" universities refer to 42 world-class universities in the "Notice on Publishing the List of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission. For details, please refer to the list of world-class universities (Annex 2).
Famous universities in international QS 100 shall be subject to graduation year.
The original C9 universities refer to Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, China University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology and Xi Jiaotong University.
Second, the basic conditions
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, law-abiding, good conduct, knowledge and ability suitable for the post;
2. Good health and physical conditions for normal performance of duties;
3. Interested in the work of party and government organs, with strong adaptability and compatibility at the grassroots level;
4. Age requirements: Bachelor degree, aged 25 or below (born after 1995 1); Master degree, aged 28 and below (born after 1992 1); People under the age of 30 with a doctorate (born after 1990 1).
Third, the recruitment method
According to online registration, qualification examination, interview assessment, physical examination, inspection, employment and other procedures.
1. Register online.

2. Qualification examination

3. Interview evaluation
The time and place of interview assessment will be notified separately, and the interviewer will participate in the interview assessment with the interview notice and identity certificate. The interview assessment is conducted in the form of answering questions, and the interview assessment focuses on the understanding of the applicant's ability and quality, personality characteristics and job matching.
The full score of interview assessment is 100, and the qualified score of interview assessment is 75. Those who fail the interview assessment cannot be included in the medical examination candidates.
During the interview and assessment, the candidates will be given certain transportation and accommodation subsidies (200 yuan/person in Zhejiang Province, 500 yuan/person in East China, and 800 yuan/person in other regions).
4. Physical examination and examination

Those who pass the physical examination will enter the investigation, and the investigation objects will be determined according to 1: 1 from high to low according to the interview assessment results. The inspection work shall be carried out with reference to the Notice of the State Civil Service Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Inspection of Civil Servant Recruitment (Guo Fa [2013] No.2).
