Salary: 1) The basic salary is 2,540 yuan/month (during the probation period, the basic salary is 2,540 yuan, and it will be adjusted to 2,800 yuan/month after the probation period expires); 2) Performance bonus 100-400 yuan/month (depending on the individual's monthly performance); 3) Performance bonus of 300-500 yuan/month (depending on work efficiency); 4) Full attendance award 200 yuan/month (no lateness, leave early, leave) post allowance 200 yuan; 5) Night shift allowance 25 yuan/shift; 6) Overtime pay shall be paid according to the Labor Law (usually 1.5 times overtime pay, twice overtime pay on rest days and 3.0 times overtime pay on legal holidays); 7) Normal work can cooperate with overtime, with a monthly salary of about 5,000 yuan;
