How to use Langdon waterproof coating

It is divided into five steps: stirring, painting, curing, protection and inspection.

Stirring: firstly, pour the liquid material into a container, then slowly add the powder material, and fully stir for 3-5 minutes until a uniform slurry without raw powder agglomeration and particles is formed, which can be used; (It is best to use a blender).

Brushing: brush directly on the base surface with a brush or roller brush, with even force and no brush leakage; Generally, it needs to be brushed twice (depending on the use requirements), and the thickness of each brush shall not exceed1mm; After the previous one is slightly dry, brush the next one (it is not sticky, usually with an interval of 1-2 hours), and brush the front and back vertically and horizontally, with a total thickness of1-2 mm; If the coating has cured, wet it with water before applying another layer.

Maintenance. It is recommended to cover the coating with wet cloth or water spray after 24 hours of construction to maintain the coating.

Protection, after the construction, before it is completely dried, please pay attention to prevent trampling, rain, sun exposure and sharp injuries.

Check (closed water test) After the waterproof layer is dry, please store water for 48 hours (at least 24 hours in summer and at least 48 hours in winter) to check whether the waterproof construction is qualified. The lightweight wall needs to be watered thoroughly.

Langton waterproof coating is characterized by waterproof slurry composed of polymer emulsion and various inorganic materials with unique formula.
