How to recruit web front-end development engineers?

Job responsibilities:

1. Have a clear understanding of the requirements and product positioning put forward by the product center, and on this basis, cooperate with the team members to make web pages according to the overall UI effect of the product and the web page making specifications.

2. Work closely with interactive, visualization and background development engineers to complete the web front-end development;

3. Accumulate and improve the front-end development framework of web products;

4. Track and study w3c standards and the latest front-end technologies, and participate in the development and formulation of departmental front-end frameworks and technical specifications;

Requirements:

1. Familiar with web front-end technologies such as HTML/XHTML, DOM, BOM, CSS, XML, JAVASCRIPT and ACTIONSCRIPT; Various tag attributes are combined with Div+CSS layout to make static pages independently to meet the requirements of cross-browser compatibility;

2.Photoshop software can perform simple image processing;

3. Have good team spirit and strong sense of responsibility;

4. Experience in front-end development of large-scale websites is preferred;

5. Solid theoretical foundation, familiar with web application development process, familiar with a server-side development language, such as java and c++.
