The common clinical adverse reaction of this product is mild scalp dermatitis. Occasionally, the following adverse reactions have been reported after using this product, but the causal relationship between it and use is not clear.

These adverse reactions include irritating dermatitis (redness, dandruff and burning pain), nonspecific allergic reaction, wheal, allergic rhinitis, facial swelling, allergy, shortness of breath, headache, neuritis, dizziness, syncope, dizziness, edema, chest pain, blood pressure change, palpitation and pulse frequency change.

It is not clear whether the use of 5% minoxidil tincture is accompanied by drug interaction. The chemical name of minoxidil is 6- 1- piperidyl-2,4-pyrimidinediamine -3- oxide, which is an organic substance with the chemical formula of C9H 15N5O. It is a white crystalline powder. Minoxidil, as a potassium channel opener, can directly relax vascular smooth muscle, has a strong arteriolar dilation effect, reduces peripheral resistance and blood pressure, and has a negative effect on volume blood vessels.

At the same time, due to reflex regulation and positive frequency, cardiac output and heart rate can be increased, but postural hypotension is not caused.
