Article 3 The enrollment types covered by the Articles of Association include candidates who take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities and candidates who take the skills college entrance examination in Hubei Province.

Article 4 School enrollment shall be supervised by discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Thirteenth schools set up a leading group for enrollment work and an enrollment committee, with an enrollment office. The enrollment leading group is responsible for organizing and leading the enrollment work of the whole school, with the party secretary and principal as the group leader. The Admissions Committee, under the leadership of the leading group for enrollment, supervises and implements the important links in the enrollment work of the school. The principal is the director, the school leaders in charge of enrollment and teaching are the deputy directors, and the members are composed of the general branch secretary of the secondary college and the heads of relevant functional departments. Their main duties are to implement the national and local enrollment policies and relevant regulations, and to be responsible for the formulation of enrollment policies and the research and decision-making of major enrollment matters in schools.

Article 18 All majors in the school have no foreign language requirements. If non-English language candidates are admitted to the school, English will be arranged as the first foreign language.

Article 23 In principle, the major of navigation technology requires male candidates to be at least1.65m in height and female candidates to be at least1.60m in height, with good health, normal facial features, normal hearing, no stuttering, no infectious diseases, and binocular * vision of more than 4.9. Article 24 In principle, the international cruise crew management major requires male candidates to be no less than1.70m in height and female candidates to be no less than1.58m in height, in good health, with regular facial features, well-proportioned figure, no disability, no infectious diseases or family history, no color blindness and infirmity, no obvious marks (such as tattoos) and scars on hands, and no criminal record.

Article 25 The special program for directional training of non-commissioned officers is limited to male candidates under the age of 20 (age 2021August 3 1), and their physical conditions shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations and standards of the recruitment offices of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
