Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Open Recruiting Personnel in Chongqing Public Institutions

Thirty-sixth institutions need to recruit foreigners, must be approved by the personnel administrative department of the municipal government, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state recruitment.

Thirty-seventh new personnel of public institutions shall go through the formalities of migration to registered permanent residence, the household registration management institution, with the approval document of the personnel administrative department of the government or the Notice of Chongqing Municipality on Personnel Transfer.

Thirty-ninth the implementation since July 6, 2006. If the provisions of the relevant documents are inconsistent with these measures, these measures shall prevail.
