Brief introduction of Shanghai Institute of Surveying and Mapping

Shanghai Institute of Surveying and Mapping is a national first-class surveying and mapping unit with ISO900 1:2000: 2000 standard certification unit, which mainly undertakes the basic surveying and mapping work in Shanghai. Since the establishment of 1950, the Institute has continuously used advanced technology to collect, update, process and manage urban basic geographic information data, providing high-quality surveying and mapping support services for urban planning, urban construction and urban management. Since 1987, it has been awarded the title of civilized unit in Shanghai for 18 years in a row, the title of garden-style unit in Shanghai for five times in a row, and the titles of national excellent surveying and mapping unit, national advanced unit in new technology application in urban planning industry and national advanced unit in urban surveying and mapping.
