Teaching allowance is applied once every academic year. Qualified kindergarten teachers approved by the municipal education administrative department may apply for teaching allowance within the specified time. Application method: log on to the website of the Municipal Education Bureau, click on the column of "Convenient Service", select the item of "Application for Long-term Teaching Allowance for Faculty", enter the "Faculty Information Management System", fill in or confirm my relevant information online as required, and click Submit Application.

Teachers need to hold a teacher qualification certificate. Nurses need to hold on-the-job training certificates recognized by provincial, municipal and district education, health, human resources and security departments, and health care personnel need to have on-the-job training qualification certificates for kindergarten health care personnel issued by the municipal health department.
