1. Introduction plan

II. Qualification conditions

(1) Registration conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2 .Abide by the constitution and laws, and have good conduct and professional ethics;

3. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally;

4. Undergraduate students under the age of 25 (1996 (born on May 19, 1993 and after), master's degree candidates under 28 years old (born on and after May 19, 1993), doctoral candidates under 33 years old (born on May 19, 1988 and after);

5. The deadline for calculating the age, education, household registration and other qualifications in this recruitment is May 19, 2022 (inclusive). Graduates in 2022 must obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and graduate before August 31, 2022. 3. Registration methods and procedures

IV. Introduction Method

This talent introduction will be conducted through a combination of written examination and interview. The total score is 100 points, and the written test and interview scores each account for 50 points.

(1) Written test

The written test is conducted in the form of a closed-book examination, with a full score of 100 points. The specific examination time, location and related matters shall be subject to the written examination admission ticket. For positions where the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of introductions is less than 3:1, the introduction plan will be reduced or cancelled.

(2) Interview

1. Selection principles. After the written test, each introduction position will determine the candidates for the interview based on the order of written test scores from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 3:1 between the number of people participating in the interview and the number of introduction plans. (3) Physical examination and assessment. Based on the total test scores, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 between the number of introduction plans and the number of people undergoing physical examination and assessment. If the total scores of online exams for the same position are tied, the candidate with the higher interview score will determine the candidate for physical examination and assessment. The content and health standards of the physical examination shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for National Civil Servants Recruitment". Those who fail the physical examination or assessment will not be introduced, and the resulting vacancies will not be filled.

(4) Publicity and employment. Candidates to be introduced will be determined based on the total test scores, physical examination and assessment results, and will be publicly announced on the website of the Longfeng District People's Government. The publicity period will be 7 working days. During the publicity period, any problems that are reported and verified that affect employment will be disqualified, and the resulting vacancies will not be filled. If there is no objection to the introduction of personnel after the public notice period, the transfer, employment and other procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. The probation period is 1 year, and the minimum service period is 5 years (including the probation period). V. Other matters

(1) There is no specific unit for the introduction of personnel, and the work of the qualified personnel will be coordinated and arranged by Longfeng District.

(3) The qualification review process runs through all aspects of the introduction. If it is found that the applicant has committed fraud, does not meet the introduction conditions, or has other violations of regulations and disciplines, the introduction qualification will be cancelled.
