Do you want to work overtime or not?

I believe many people have struggled with this problem. Do you want to work overtime?

I feel that my attitude on this issue seems to be wavering.

I had a job in an educational institution before. I work overtime and won't let me rest. I couldn't feel the pressure at home for a month and gave up. At that time, I thought I would never find an overtime job again. Later, I really found a job that didn't work overtime on weekends. I didn't think it was suitable for a long time. I'm still looking for a job without overtime. I'm here to find an early education institution this time. During the interview, the teacher directly said that doing activities would work overtime, which is normal. See if I can accept it. I asked if there was any opportunity and space for learning and growth, and the answer was yes. So I joined the job, which happened to be active and very busy. I work overtime until midnight every day, but I really don't want to give up. My family said something about work and squeezing labor, and I felt very tired, but I didn't complain before.

When I saw this recruitment information, I felt very fond of it. Maybe I accepted the concept of early education. Then a few days later, I thought I saw something that made me want to stay and do it in a down-to-earth way. One is the enthusiasm of everyone, and the other is the little gesture of a campus leader, which makes me feel the temperature. I feel that this is a caring person in charge.

I'm not sure if everything is what I thought in the later period, but so far, I seem to have found my way. I think this industry is my favorite, and my humanistic feelings can be felt. Plus there are more opportunities to learn and grow, and then I feel that all this seems to be nothing.

I don't seem to know if I should say anything about overtime. I think maybe I just want to see if I like this industry and whether it is helpful for my growth. Then there is whether you often work overtime. It is ok to work overtime occasionally, but it should be unreasonable to work overtime often. Of course, I think it depends on whether overtime is mechanical. If it is not for self-growth, but a job that everyone can do but often needs to work overtime, it may really be unnecessary.

Finally, I hope everyone can find their own way and go on firmly!
