Is Beijing Tehaida Group a state-owned enterprise?

No Beijing Tehaida Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. was established in 1997. Its predecessor was Beijing Zhonghui Architectural Information Design Consulting Company directly under the Ministry of Construction. In 2003, we joined hands with Beijing Tehaida Science and Technology Group to carry out joint-stock restructuring and transformation, and completed the transformation of enterprises into public-private joint ventures and non-state-owned enterprises. The company has Grade A qualification of municipal engineering design issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Grade A qualification of highway engineering design issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and Grade B qualification of engineering consultation. It is a scientific and technological innovative enterprise focusing on consulting design and providing comprehensive services for the whole process of engineering construction, and is an influential engineering design research enterprise in China.
