(1) Time for qualification examination

Qualification examination time: June 26, 2023 at 9: 30 am-12: 00 am.

Candidates of Class A and B should arrive at the qualification examination site with their registration form and valid identity documents before 9: 30am on the day of qualification examination. Candidates must sign in after arriving at the scene. Candidates can't leave until they have completed the qualification examination. Those who are late, absent, leave early or do not bring valid certificates and materials will be deemed to have given up their qualifications automatically and will not be arranged separately.

(3) Requirements for qualification examination materials

Candidates who enter the qualification examination must provide materials in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Announcement on Centralized Open Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province in 2023 and the application guide.

Candidates need to provide materials: registration form (printed by candidates themselves from the registration system), ID card, household registration book, academic certificate, degree certificate and other supporting materials required for applying for post conditions.

If the above materials are issued by institutions outside the country (territory), a Chinese translation issued by a qualified translation agency shall also be provided.

3. If the recruitment position requires professional and technical qualifications, please provide the original and photocopy of the relevant qualification certificate.

4. If the recruitment position has work experience requirements, it must provide a work contract (work experience certificate) and social security payment records that meet the prescribed number of years. Internship experience, part-time (full-time) work experience and non-work training of social workers during full-time general higher education are not included in work experience.

5. The staff of Shenzhen institutions need to provide proof that the current work unit agrees to apply for the exam.
