Why do banks need full-time undergraduate courses for recruitment?

Bank recruitment requires a full-time undergraduate degree or above, mainly considering several factors for reference;

Many banks and even the top five banks don't necessarily require full-time, while campus recruitment pays more attention to requiring full-time undergraduate courses.
