Employment relationship: Tianjin government directly signs a full-time firefighter, which means that firefighters sign a formal labor contract with the government and become a direct employment relationship. Labor dispatch means that firefighters sign labor contracts with labor service companies and become indirect employment relations.

Career development: Full-time firefighters do not have any establishment, and generally adopt the form of labor dispatch, which is what we often call contract workers. Their treatment is far less than the above two, and they don't have the title of fire rescue, so their wages are relatively low and there is almost no room for development.
