1. The applicant shall meet the following requirements:

(3) Having good conduct;

(five) in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of the Trial Measures for the Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Sichuan Province;

2. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

(1) has been subjected to various criminal punishments.

(2) Having been dismissed from public office.

(three) there are violations of law and discipline under review.

(4) Party discipline and political discipline have not been lifted.

(five) in violation of relevant regulations, it is not suitable to apply for public institutions.
