2. The machine should be filled with lubricating oil regularly, especially the guide rails and power heads should be filled with oil twice per shift and wiped clean.

3. Pay attention to whether there are obstacles around the machine and whether there is oil and water on the ground. Clean them all before starting work; be sure to follow the safe operating procedures and wear labor protection clothing, safety helmets, safety shoes and safety glasses. , be careful not to wear clothes and gloves that are easy to get caught in.

4. Before turning on the machine and turning on the power, you should first check whether the wires, cables, and outer coverings are damaged. If there is any damage, ask a professional to handle it; do not touch various switches with wet hands, otherwise you may get an electric shock

5. After turning on the power, return X and Y to the reference point first, program them, and then transfer them to the PLC after checking that they are correct.
