The initial employment rate of the graduates of the 20th14th class is 90. 1 1%, which is basically the same as that of the graduates of the 20th13rd class and the 20th12nd class.

Among the graduates of 20 14 in our school, the employment rate of female students is 90.73%, slightly higher than that of male students (89.85%). In the process of enterprise recruitment and through train application, we have not seen the phenomenon that girls are discriminated against in the process of employment. The non-unemployment rate of graduates of the 20th14th class was 92.7% three months after leaving school, which was lower than that of graduates of the 20th13rd class (95.0%) and graduates of the 20th12nd class (94.7%) six months after graduation. This result is related to the fact that three months after graduation is a frequent period for college students to adjust their work. Figure 2-4 shows the non-unemployment rate of the graduates of class 20 14 in our school for three months and the non-unemployment rate of the graduates of class 20 1 13 in our school and our province after leaving school for half a year.

The income of the graduates of the 20th14th class in our school after leaving school for three months is 3 178 yuan, which is higher than the monthly income of the graduates of the 20th13rd class in our province (3,407 yuan) and that of the graduates of the 20th1/3rd class (3,468 yuan).
