1: Many network projects involve setting up many Linux servers or networking, or some network authentication of Cisco. If the research continues, it may not be very popular. Few people in the company really do networking, and most people still do software research and development.

2. Database talents are very popular, especially those who are proficient in Oracle database operation and optimization under Linux. Of course, it is also difficult. You need to master database programming to be better than most people. Moreover, small companies generally do not directly recruit DBAs, but are recruited by large companies. Therefore, if you are a DBA, education is a threshold. If you have a good education, you should become a DBA and pass OCP certification.

3. Embedded system should be a very popular technology now. Embedded system is divided into software and hardware. Of course, if you are familiar with both software and hardware, so much the better. A good embedded software engineer can't make the hardware worse, but a good hardware engineer may not know much about software. If you develop an embedded system, the threshold is also very high. You need to be familiar with computer principles, be proficient in operating Linux systems and be proficient in C language.

As for IC design, it all depends on your position in the company. If you are applying for a hardware-based job, then you are an IC designer. If you focus on software development, you may not involve too many relative IC designs, but you must understand the basic circuit diagram.
