Article 2 Safety management of construction machinery (including machines and tools)

1. The construction elevator has the following safety hazards:

1) The cage limit switch, emergency exit switch, up-and-down limit switch and foot limit switch are blocked, and the broken rope protection switch is missing or can't be used effectively. 500 yuan will be fined for each time.

2) Buffer (spring) fails; There is no protective shed at the entrance and exit of the elevator bottom; The platform has no protective door or is not closed, the platform is not covered with scaffolding, the protective railing is unstable or the height is less than 1.2m, the rigid connection force of the frame body and the outer frame is the same, and the protective door is defective, so 200 yuan will be punished for each place.

3) Wire rope and pulley system: (1) Broken strands, shrinkage and broken wires of wire rope exceed the scrapping standard; (2) The pulley is stuck and the bearing is loose; (3) wire rope is fixed, with less than four rope clamps at each end; Punish 500 yuan.

4) Electrical system: switch box and leakage protector are not set; Wires and cables are damaged or leaked, threaded metal hoses are rusted or damaged, and there is no zero protection; Punish 500 yuan.

5) Anyone who illegally rides the derrick, hanging basket, construction goods elevator, tower crane, construction machinery and other non-manned tools will be punished by 200 yuan every time.

2. The tower crane has one of the following circumstances, each punishment 300 yuan.

1) No torque, superelevation, amplitude variation, walking limiter or insensitivity, and the walking limiter has no touch device;

2) Hook and switch drum have no safety devices;

3) There are no special orders.

3. In any of the following circumstances, 200 yuan will be fined for each case.

1) The grinding wheel, chainsaw, rotating shaft, pulley, open gear, coupling, mixer and other rotating dangerous parts have no safety protection device, or the protection device fails;

2) After the concrete mixer hopper rises, there is no safety hook during non-operation;

Article 3 300 yuan shall be punished for any of the following circumstances in electrical safety management:
