Baisha Port has a long history. In the seventh year of Lu Yingong in the Spring and Autumn Period (7 16 BC), Zhongjian Qiu Yi (now Zhuge Cheng Village) was built. The Western Han Dynasty was ruled by Linyi County and was later abolished. In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Erzhuang Township. During the Republic of China, it belonged to Linyi County, fourth area. Chashan District was built in June of 1948+00. 1958 established the satellite commune, 1959 changed its name to chashan commune, 198 1 changed its name to baishabu commune, and 1984 established the town. 1996, with an area of 70.3 square kilometers and a population of 49,000. It has jurisdiction over Baishabu, Xiyizhuang, Baijiazhuang, Jianshe Village, Yuliang Village, Xiaoanzi, Yatou, Daanzi, Haoyizhaizi, Yuping Village, Xinhe Village, Jiahao Village, Hongqi New Village, Fengyiguanzhuang, Liujiahu, Xishuan Liu, Qianchuan Liu, Liu Chuan Street, Miaojiazhuang, Dadun, Dasunjiazhuang, Houcheng West and Middle East. North Mengjiazhuang, Jiajiacun, Dongzhufu, Xizhufu, Yihe Guanzhuang, Beijiaojiang Village, Nandajiang Village, Intersection, Stone and Yuantou. In 2002, Baishabu Town governed 50 administrative villages with 15748 households and 57 109 people, covering an area of 70.26 square kilometers and a population of 4592.

On August 4th, 2005, lanshan district Municipal Government's Reply on Agreeing to Adjust the Scale of Some Administrative Villages in Baishabu Town (Lin Lan Fazheng [2005] No.40) agreed to merge the original 50 administrative villages into 36. The adjustment scheme is: 1, Nandajiang Village and Beidajiang Village are merged into Jiangcun Village, and the office is located in the former Nandajiang Village. 2. Cross Road and Baishabu merged into Baishabu Village, and the office was located in the original Baishabu. 3. The post-Liang Shi Tou and the former Liang Shi Tou merged into Liang Shi Tou Village, and the office was located in the former Liang Shi Tou. 4. Yuliang Village and Jianshe Village are merged into Xiangyang Village, and the office is located in the original Jianshe Village. 5. Hongqi New Village and Gaojiazhuang merged into a new Gaozhuang Village, and the office was located in the original Gaojiazhuang Village. 6. Li Jiacun and Xinyoucun merged into Xinyoucun, and the office was located in the original Xinyoucun. 7. Beimengjiazhuang, Maojiacun, Mahezhuang and Huanhualou were merged into Hexing Garden, and the office was located in the original Maojiacun. 8. Houjiao and Houchengxi merged into Houchengxi Village, and the office was located in the original Houchengxi. 9. Daanzi and Xiaoanzi merged into Xiaoanzi Village, and the office was located in the original Xiaoanzi. 10, Yi Haofu and Yuping Village merged into Yuping Village, and the office was mainly located in the original Yuping Village. 1 1, Qianchuan Sixth Street, Xishuan Sixth Street and Liu Chuan Street were merged into Liu Chuan Village, and the office was located in the former Liu Chuan Street. The scale of other unadjusted administrative villages remains unchanged.
