Four. Recruitment steps and procedures
Open recruitment adopts the method of combining examination with assessment, and is carried out according to the steps of publishing recruitment announcement, registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, assessment, physical examination, publicity and handling employment procedures.
(1) Publish a recruitment announcement
On May 30th, 20 18, the relevant information about open recruitment was released in Guangxi Personnel Examination Network (www.gxpta.com.cn), Guangxi Talent Network (www.gxpta.com.cn) and Guangxi Discipline Inspection and Supervision Network (www.gxjjw.gov.cn).
(2) Registration method and required materials
1. Registration method (on-site registration or email registration)

2. Materials required for registration
(1) The application form is made in duplicate (see Annex 2), where the competent personnel unit must sign the "Opinions of the Unit" and affix its official seal, and indicate that there is no unit if there is no unit;
(2) 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded color ID photos;
(3) Two copies of my ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate (foreign academic degree must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education), professional and technical qualification certificate (required by applicants with professional and technical titles) and other relevant materials.
(4) The graduates of 2065438+2008 in ordinary colleges and universities are required to provide 2 copies of the Recommendation Form for Graduation Employment in Colleges and Universities stamped by the employment department of the graduation institution and 2 copies of all course transcripts stamped by the educational administration department. The deadline for providing the original academic qualifications and degree certificates is July 20, 200813. If the deadline is exceeded, the employment qualification will be automatically waived.
Note: The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and legality of the relevant materials and information provided. If there is fraud or deliberate concealment of relevant information, once verified, the examination qualification and employment qualification will be cancelled, and all responsibilities will be borne by the applicants. The application materials submitted by the applicant will not be returned.
(3) Qualification examination
The recruiting unit shall review the application qualifications within 2 natural days after receiving the application materials, and inform the candidates whether they meet the application qualifications by telephone. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination shall not modify the information or report to other positions that meet the qualification conditions. Candidates who fail the qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period. The qualification examination period is from June 20 18 to June 9/20 1 8.
Note: Each applicant is limited to 1 position. If you find that you are applying for two or more positions at the same time, you will be disqualified. In principle, the ratio of the number of positions to the number of people who meet the registration requirements must reach 1:3 before starting the examination. Not up to the proportion of the examination, not to open posts. After the post is cancelled, the recruiting unit will inform the job applicant and allow him to change to other posts that meet the recruitment qualification conditions within the specified time. The number of applicants for individual positions can't reach the examination proportion. If it is really necessary to fill a vacancy in that year, the examination can only be started after the approval of the human resources and social security department of the autonomous region.
(4) Examination
According to the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region" (No.2011]155), those who apply for the post of technical secondary school or above in the press and publication series will be recruited by direct examination after being examined by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the autonomous region and reported to the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the autonomous region for approval, and will be exempted from written examination and interview. Written test and interview for other positions, including: full score for written test 100 and full score for interview 100. The total score is calculated according to the proportion of 40% written test score and 60% interview score.
1. written test
(1) The written test is conducted in a closed book mode.
(2) The written test will be conducted in late June of 20 18, and the specific time and place will be notified separately. The admission ticket will be issued one day before the written test, and candidates will participate with the original admission ticket and ID card.
(3) The written test results shall be published in Guangxi Discipline Inspection and Supervision Network within 7 working days after the written test.
interview
(1) According to the written test score of 45 or above for each position, the shortlisted interviewees are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people hired in the position plan to the number of people interviewed 1:3 (except for the positions approved by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the autonomous region). When the written test scores of the last candidate in the proportion are tied, it is also determined to be a shortlisted interview.
(2) Individual positions can't reach the interview ratio due to reasons such as candidates' lack of exams or substandard written test scores. If they really need to be hired, they can enter the interview process only after being approved by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the autonomous region, otherwise the recruitment for this position will be cancelled. The list of shortlisted candidates for the interview was published on Guangxi Personnel Examination Network, Guangxi Talent Network and Guangxi Discipline Inspection and Supervision Network.
(3) Before the interview 1 day, the recruiting unit will conduct on-site qualification examination for the interview finalists. At the time of qualification review, the applicant should provide the original application materials on time and as required, otherwise it will be regarded as automatic waiver of interview qualification.
(4) Applicants must attend the interview with the original admission ticket and ID card. The specific time and place will be announced separately. The interview is conducted in a structured way, and the results will be announced after the interview. The interviewers are composed according to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for Open Recruiting Personnel in Institutions of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (No.2011]155).
Note: According to the Notice on Further Standardizing the Open Recruitment of Institutions Directly under the District (Gui Ren She Ban Fa [2065438+03]135), candidates who fail to reach the ratio of 1:3 at the time of examination or interview with the approval of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of the autonomous region must score 70 or above.
(5) Physical examination and evaluation
According to the ratio of the number of planned employees to the candidates for physical examination and assessment 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined in the order of high score to low score [comprehensive score = qualified written test score ×40%+ interview score × 60%]. When the comprehensive score is the same, choose the candidate with high interview score.
According to the medical examination standards for civil servants, candidates should take care of themselves. Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up their qualification automatically.
Form an assessment team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, and law-abiding. During the evaluation process, the evaluation team needs to conduct qualification examination again. Those who fail the examination will not be hired.
(6) Publicity
The candidates to be hired will be publicized in Guangxi Personnel Examination Network, Guangxi Talent Network and Guangxi Discipline Inspection and Supervision Network for 7 working days. The publicity contents include name, gender, major, academic degree, post to be hired, etc.
(7) Employment and treatment
The candidates who have no objection after publicity shall go through the relevant employment and recruitment procedures in accordance with the regulations. Personnel who have been approved for employment shall sign employment contracts with institutions in accordance with relevant regulations, establish personnel relations, and implement relevant treatment in accordance with relevant regulations.
Personnel who are allowed to be employed must report for duty within the specified time. Those who fail to report for duty within the time limit will be disqualified.
The probation period for the approved employees is 6 months. During the probation period, if it is found that the medical history before employment is concealed and the physical condition does not meet the post requirements, or if the probation period expires, the employment contract will be terminated.
