Generally speaking, with resources, communication with customers in the later stage depends more on your sales ability. Some headhunting companies mostly sign orders by phone without visiting customers, which requires you to have strong telemarketing skills or be prepared to learn some telemarketing skills. If you go out to visit customers, you can communicate with customers at multiple levels, which requires high comprehensive ability of consultants.
