Where does ASM welder technician recruit?

Hello, welding machines include gold wire machine, aluminum wire machine and ultrasonic welding machine. The gold wire machine generally uses ASM copper wire welding. At present, the CONNX machine of KS is the most efficient, and the non-OE machine of aluminum wire is the most popular in the market. But it seems that OE has been acquired by KS.

Application of welding machine

Wire bonder is mainly used for internal wire bonding of high-power devices: light-emitting diodes (LEDs), laser tubes (lasers), small and medium-sized power triodes, integrated circuits and some special semiconductor devices.

principle of operation

Welding principle

1, the machine is used to realize surface welding of different media, which is a physical change process. First, the head end of the gold wire must be processed into balls (this machine adopts negative electron high pressure ball forming), and the welding metal surface must be preheated first; Then, under the joint action of time and pressure, the golden ball produces plastic deformation on the metal welding surface, which makes the two media contact reliably. Through ultrasonic friction and vibration, under the action of atomic affinity, a metal bond is formed between two metal atoms to realize the welding of gold wire leads. Nitto gold ball welding is superior to silicon-aluminum wire welding in electrical performance and environmental application, but its application range is relatively narrow because the welding parts made of precious metals must be heated.

2. The ultrasonic wave (generally 40~ 140KHz) generated by the interaction between the ultrasonic source and the transducer gathers energy at the tip of the ceramic nozzle through the horn, and the lead wire (gold wire or aluminum wire) vibrates at high frequency driven by the ceramic nozzle and rubs against the surface of the metal to be welded, so that the oxide layer on the surface cracks and produces plastic deformation, and finally a firm metal bond is formed on the welding surface.

I hope I can help you.
