Your major is very good. To pass the 2011 Level 2 Construction Engineer Examination, you only need to graduate before December 31, 2009. If you graduate this year, you won’t be able to take the exam next year.

So, don’t be intimidated by the pass rate. In essence, the first-level construction engineer is just a choice between two, and the second-level construction engineer is a choice. Because I never count people who are negative, who excuse themselves as not having time to study, who can’t read books, who are not determined enough, who don’t read books seriously, and who don’t have perseverance.
