Government Office Clerk Internship Report

Graduation Internship Report of Public Administration Major

Through this internship, I deeply understood that the construction of new rural areas is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change, and it is not achieved overnight. , it must be carried out step by step and steadily; at the same time, it is a vast and complex engineering system, which must be backed by strong economic strength, and it must have a talented leadership team to make suggestions. It brings real and tangible benefits to farmers, rather than so-called image projects, face projects or even shoddy projects. Of course, in the construction of new rural areas, while we fully support the leadership's decision-making, we should also pay more attention to the ideological wisdom of the farmers. Only when both parties cooperate, can our new rural areas be built faster and better.

Internship content:

(1) Visiting the material and cultural construction of the community

We went to Houtian Community by bus as a group. As soon as the car arrived at the district, we were all stunned. Is this a rural area? Everyone couldn't help shouting in amazement. Beautiful garden community, clean and comfortable buildings, quiet and comfortable environment, kindergarten, health clinic, community service center, pavilions, corridors, flowers, plants and trees are neat and clean, and all service facilities are available. The city-level standard free kindergarten and primary school make us salivate; the tall and majestic cultural center makes us envious. I think this is the leader of our new rural construction, the real leader.

On the surface, we can only see some incomplete material things, such as hotels, roads, elderly activity rooms, gyms and other real appearances. When you understand deeply, you will There is an irresistible impulse. Not only the excellent living environment, but more importantly, its preferential policies and strong humanistic atmosphere will deeply attract you. Understand the development of Houtian community. It is not just something that can be completed in a year or two like building a building. It is a huge engineering system. We must have strong capital accumulation and resolute action, practical managers and knowledgeable leaders. Looking at the development process of Houtian over the past ten years, every number is so shocking, so illusory yet real. From a notoriously poor village to today's model of new rural construction, farmers' living standards have undergone earth-shaking changes. Compared with the history of Tamura, we can hardly imagine the hardships of its growth and development.

(2) Listen to the report and have an in-depth understanding of the achievements of spiritual and cultural construction

Director Wu of the community office introduced us to a series of processes of Houtian community construction, not only in terms of material civilization construction The achievements have been remarkable, and the construction of spiritual civilization has also been fruitful. Since 2000, the whole village has implemented urban planning and has gradually developed from a small urban area to a large urban area. A cultural square and cultural center will be built to provide residents with leisure, entertainment and enrich cultural life. At the same time, regular knowledge lectures are held for party members, cadres and all villagers to improve the cultural quality of residents. We also organized household representatives to visit old revolutionary areas across the country and go abroad to travel to South Korea, Japan and other countries, so that they can cherish today's affluent life, not forget the hardships of revolutionary entrepreneurship, and strive to broaden their horizons and integrate with international standards.

The welfare policy of the community is even more exciting: in 2003, the whole village invested a one-time investment of 2.1 million yuan in the pension insurance project, and applied for pension insurance for the elderly >= 60 years old, and continued to do so year by year. . In 2004, the old village was renovated. Residents have two buildings per household and seniors over 60 years old live for free and can enjoy a monthly subsidy of 500 yuan from the community.

In 2004, every child in Qi household received a subsidy of 100 yuan per month from birth to 18 years old, each child from 18 to 59 years old could enjoy a subsidy of 180 yuan/month, and those over 60 years old could enjoy a subsidy of 300 yuan/month, etc... these The policy makes people feel warm after seeing it. "Everyone has a job and every family has an income." Farmers are provided with order-based training so that they can work without leaving the community. Even if they don't work, each household can still receive 18,000 yuan in dividends every year. The whole village has card-based consumption, hotels, medical care, and clinics. While strengthening the construction of material civilization, the whole region also does not forget the construction of spiritual culture. "Top Ten Neighbors" and "Civilized Family Selection" have strengthened community harmony and villager unity. In the aftermath of the 2006 Southeast Asian tsunami, villagers were organized to offer charity, allowing villagers to repay society with a grateful heart. All this lays a good foundation for the future development of the community.
