Suihua Tianyou belongs to the management of that development zone.

Suihua Tianyu is under the management of Suihua Economic and Technological Development Zone in Heilongjiang Province. Suihua Economic and Technological Development Zone is located in the southwest of Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, on both sides of the exit of Hasui expressway. Harbin-Suiyuan highway runs through the north and south of the park, with smooth traffic and perfect infrastructure. Suihua Economic and Technological Development Zone is a comprehensive economic park focusing on industrial project development, integrating commerce, trade, logistics and service. Since the development and construction in April 2003, the park has shown a good trend of rapid development and has become an important carrier and new growth point of municipal economic development.
