Li Tianen, born in Shaanxi Province, 1973, is the chairman and general manager of xi 'an Tianzhou Mining Technology Group Co., Ltd. and a senior mineral processing engineer. Graduated from Northeastern University, majoring in mineral processing, and assigned to work in Northwest Institute of Nonferrous Geology.

From 2000 to 2003, he served as the director of the metallurgical center of the institute; In June 2003, Xi Antianzhou Mining Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established. In May 2005, China Mineral Processing Technology Network was established.
