4. Examination opening ratio: The examination opening ratio is that the ratio of the number of recruitment places to the number of applicants for each position shall not be less than 1:3. 5. Policy bonus points

(2) For those who are temporarily employed in the current post of the education and sports system in Hubei Qianqi or who are currently employed for the record in the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, 0.3 points will be added to the written test score for each full year of employment; Determine the starting time of the employment period as the last employment date and the ending time as the publication date of the brochure.

(3) Candidates who meet two or more bonus conditions at the same time will get accumulated bonus points. Candidates' total written test scores account for 40% of the total test scores.

Total written test score = (written test score+household registration and temporary employment plus points) ×40%+ ethnic policy plus points. Fractions are calculated to two decimal places, and mantissa is rounded off.
