According to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing" (Jingrenshe Zhuanjifa [2010] No. 102) and "About Further Standardizing Open Recruitment in Public Institutions" "Notice on Work-Related Issues" (Jingren She Zhuan Ji Fa [2012] No. 247) requires that in combination with work needs, in 2023, the Beijing Disabled Persons' Social Security and Employment Service Center (Beijing Municipal Disabled Persons' Social Security and Employment Service Center), an institution affiliated to the Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation The 86th Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute) openly recruits 1 staff member, Beijing Disabled Persons Service Demonstration Center openly recruits 3 staff members, Beijing Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Service Center openly recruits 1 staff member, Beijing Disabled Persons Culture and Sports The service center openly recruits 2 staff members, and the Beijing Disabled Persons Rights Protection Service Center openly recruits 1 staff member.
The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment targets
1. Included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding orientation and commissioned training), and graduate on time Fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in Beijing who have obtained a master's degree.
2. Social personnel who are included in the national unified enrollment plan and have obtained a master's degree.
3. As of the deadline for registration, those who have returned from studying abroad in Beijing and have obtained an overseas degree and completed the academic certification of the Ministry of Education, and meet the conditions for applying for the position.
II. Recruitment conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, abide by the constitution and laws, and have good Moral character;
2. Possess the professionalism, education, work ability, psychological quality and physical condition required for the recruitment position;
3. Aged 18 to 30 years old (1993 Born between March 3, 2005 and March 3, 2005);
4. Have a permanent residence in Beijing, and have personnel and administrative relations and files in Beijing (excluding ordinary colleges and universities in 2023) Fresh graduates from Beijing and previous graduates from non-Beijing whose household registration files are kept in the school, and files of social personnel must be kept in the talent agency);

4. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Organize online registration and qualification review.
Registration is conducted online, and each applicant is limited to one position.
The original application materials must be scanned into PDF format and sent to the designated email address (Attachment 1, the file name format is "application unit + position + candidate name").
The deadline for registration is before 12:00 on March 3, 2023.
Applicants who pass the review can take the written test. After applying, please be sure to pay attention to the qualification review results on the website of the Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation.
If the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of qualified candidates does not reach 1:5, recruitment for this position will be cancelled.
The following materials are required when registering:
1. Registration form for the 2023 open recruitment of staff by institutions affiliated to the Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation (Attachment 2).
The registration form must be filled out completely and accurately, an electronic photo must be attached in the corresponding position, and a signature must be made in the "My Commitment" column.
At the same time, an electronic version of a recent bare-headed color photo (either blue or white background is acceptable) will be provided. The photo size shall not exceed 200K.
2. Personal ID card and household registration book (home page of household registration book, personal page).
If you have a collective household registration, you must stamp the official seal of the household registration department of the unit you belong to on the home page and personal page of the household registration book and scan it.
3. Nationally recognized academic qualifications, degree certificates, professional qualification certificates and other required documents corresponding to the requirements for the position applied for.
4. Fresh graduates must provide their student ID cards, transcripts stamped with the official seal of the school’s academic affairs department, and an employment recommendation form for ordinary college graduates stamped by the school’s employment department.
5. Those who have returned from studying abroad and have obtained a foreign (overseas) degree and completed academic qualification certification by the education department must provide the "Foreign Academic Degree Certification Certificate" issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
6. Other materials that can prove that you meet the requirements of the recruitment position.
(2) Organize written examinations.
Applicants who have passed the review can participate in Beijing's first open recruitment of staff in public institutions in 2023. The simultaneous written test on basic abilities will be conducted by the Beijing Municipal Personnel Evaluation Office. The Disabled Persons' Federation is responsible for organizing the written examination.
The written test score is calculated on a hundred-point scale, with a passing score of 60 points.
The written test time and location, admission ticket collection and written test results shall be subject to the information published on the Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation website.
(3) Review of qualifications and organization of interviews.
Candidates for the interview can only participate in the interview after their qualifications have been reviewed.
For each recruitment position, the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people participating in the interview is 1:5. The candidates for the interview will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low. Those with written test scores below the passing line will not be admitted. Interview; if the ratio does not reach 1:5, the interview will be based on the actual number of people whose written test scores are not lower than the passing line.
The interview scores are based on a hundred-point system, with a passing score of 60 points.
The time, place, submission materials and interview time, place, and interview results for the review of qualifications will be announced on the website of the Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation.
(4) Physical examination and inspection.
The comprehensive score is calculated based on the weight of written test score accounting for 40% and interview score accounting for 60%.
According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low (written test and interview scores are not less than 60 points), candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined in a 1:1 ratio. Those who do not meet the standard conditions will be filled in later.
The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment, and the physical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves (except candidates with disabilities).
Those who pass the physical examination will be listed as candidates for inspection.
(5) Determine the personnel to be hired.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are those to be hired. The relevant information will be publicized on the official website of the Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation and will be subject to social supervision. The publicity period is 7 days.
Those who have no objection after being announced will go through the employment procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and sign an employment contract.
V. Relevant Matters
The review of qualifications runs through the entire recruitment process. Recruitment qualifications will be disqualified if one of the following circumstances occurs: providing false materials; cheating in written examinations, interviews, and physical examinations behavior; the physical examination or inspection does not meet the requirements; the person to be hired gives up the employment; the fresh graduates are unable to graduate on time; the person to be hired has objections to the results of the announcement that affect the employment; and other circumstances that affect the employment.
If the phone number provided by the candidate fails to be contacted during the period from registration to the end of the recruitment process, resulting in the inability to notify relevant matters in a timely manner, the candidate shall be responsible for the consequences.
