All industrial units that serve the public and managers who come into contact with imported cold-chain foods and imported commodities bear the main responsibility of "planting all kinds of food" for employees, and those who have not been vaccinated shall not engage in related service work and be transferred from their posts. Units that fail to perform their duties will be included in the key inspection objects of epidemic prevention and control by the competent authorities of the industry.

All relevant personnel participating in large-scale activities should complete the whole immunization of COVID-19 vaccine. Those who have not been vaccinated shall not participate in the work of the meeting in principle. Those who really need to participate in the activity must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 72 hours.
