Second, the recruitment conditions

My major meets the needs of the army. I am unmarried. My male age is no more than 24 years old and my female age is no more than 23 years old. To recruit graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, whose majors have been determined in colleges and universities, they must obtain the intermediate or above vocational qualification certificate issued by the state; Recruiting graduates from senior technical schools and technician colleges shall obtain the vocational qualification certificate issued by the state at or above the senior level. The political and physical conditions of recruits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions on the recruitment of conscripts.

Fourth, the stage division.

This year's recruitment of non-commissioned officers began in March and ended in early August. Specifically, it is divided into the following five stages:

The first stage: organizational preparation stage. Before the end of March, seriously study and understand the spirit of the relevant documents of the higher authorities, and formulate the implementation plan for directly recruiting non-commissioned officers.

The second stage: the publicity and registration stage. Before the end of May, publicize the policies and regulations on recruiting non-commissioned officers from ordinary college graduates through various channels; Set up registration points and organize college graduates to register; Visually check the pre-requisitioned objects and determine the list of physical examination personnel on the station. Fresh graduates register at the school, and previous graduates register at the district conscription office (military division of the District People's Armed Forces Department). The third stage: physical examination and political examination. Before June 5 (the specific time will be notified separately), the district levy office will organize the applicant to go to the Seventh People's Hospital of Chongqing for physical examination; On June 15, a political review was conducted for those who passed the physical examination.

The fourth stage: the stage of approving new recruits. Before July 5, complete the preliminary determination of qualified personnel in physical examination and political examination, sort out the archives of the first-instance personnel, and report to the municipal collection office; Before July 10, the municipal conscription office reviewed and collectively recruited the first batch of recruits in our district, and publicized and signed the Agreement on Directly Recruiting Non-commissioned Officers from College Graduates.

The fifth stage: organization report and summary stage. Organize personnel to report for duty from August 1; Before August 20, summarize the work and report it to the Municipal Collection Office.
