This project is a provincial key project, and it is also a supporting project for the urban trunk road construction of "one winding, five verticals and five horizontals" in nanbu county. It starts from Fu Man New District, passes through Jialing River Third Bridge and Outer North Ring Road, and ends at National Highway 2 12. The total length of the road is 5 kilometers, the width of the road surface is 50 meters, and there are 8 lanes in both directions. Supporting lighting engineering, drainage engineering, traffic engineering and greening engineering, the design speed is 50KM/H, and the construction period is two years. After the project is completed, it will be a shortcut to get through the railway station and the north of the city.

According to the needs of project implementation, the demolition and resettlement involves 9 clubs in Haokou Village of Binjiang Sub-district Office, 10 club, 5 clubs in Huangjiaba Community of Shubei Sub-district Office, 7 clubs in Shuijingwan Community and 5 clubs in Heishuitang Village. At present, this work is progressing in an orderly manner.
