Select qualified connecting pipes.

When selecting connecting pipes, we must choose special plumbing products that have been strictly tested and recognized by the national authoritative departments. In order to ensure safety, the working pressure of pipes and fittings must be higher than the experimental pressure of pipe network system. If the pipe network pressure is uncertain, it is recommended to choose pipes and fittings that can withstand the pressure of 12kg/cm2. At the same time, when dealing with pipeline bending, the bending radius should not be less than 4D.

Installing control valve

In order to ensure the heat dissipation effect and safety, each radiator needs a control valve when it enters return pipe. In addition, the distance between the radiator extension and the riser should be not less than 200mm.

Installing pipe clamp

For exposed pipelines, pipe clamps should be installed every 300mm to ensure the stability of the pipeline.

Installing shell

If the pipeline needs to go through the wall, be sure to install casing to protect the pipeline and prevent the wall from being damaged.
